As actively practicing mental health practitioners, we frequently use our products with patients taking psychiatric medications. However, everybody's personal medical situation is nuanced and unique! So speak with your own mental health practitioner as our products contain ingredients that may not be appropriate for you if you are on on MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, benzodiazepines or other psychiatric or neurological medicines. 

Our products contain ingredients that may not be appropriate pregnant, nursing mothers, or children under 18. We recommend you talk with your OBGYN (or pediatrician) first if you fall into one of those categories. 

If any undesired side effects are noticed, discontinue product immediately, and seek proper medical attention if needed.
